Ranger * Maple and the Eagle Ranger Maple works in Jasper Park . He wears a red jacket and black boots . He has a maple leaf on his big hat . His horse is named Apple Blossom, but he calls her AB for short . They ride together in the park and help animals . One day, AB stops . ״What is it, AB ? ״ Ranger Maple asks . He sees a small eagle near the rocks . The eagle cannot fly . It is hurt . “Oh no,” says Ranger Maple . He picks it up and puts it on AB . “Let’s go ! ” he says . They ride fast to the vet . They want to help the eagle . The vet looks at the eagle . "I can help," she says . She cleans it and wraps * its wing . The eagle feels better, but it does not fly away . It sits on Ranger Maple’s hat… and steals * his snacks * ! Now, ever ywhere they go, people giggle * and say : "Here comes the man, the horse, and the hungr y eagle !
