Steps in Preparing the Classroom Project Use this page to guide you if you are doing the classroom project about sport . If you are doing the online project , use the online "Project Preview" as a guide . \ Decide on a sports club you are interested in : With the Ball On the Trail In the Water Just Fitness Track and Field Gymnastics Martial Arts "Sportspeak " Choose a specific sport within the sports club . ? For example , if you choose "With the Ball , " your specific sport could be basketball , football , tennis , volleyball , bowling and many others . ? If you are a big fan of one specific sport , you will not have any trouble making a choice . ? If you do not like any specific sport , brainstorm all the possible sports in the sports club you chose and decide on one sport . You could do this with a partner who feels the same way as you do . You could also choose "Sportspeak , " which is about general issues and problems related to sport . Prepare a sport portfolio about your sport . ? Use a suitable folder for your sport portfolio . ? Divide the portfolio into four sections — one for each section task in the booklet . ? As you complete each section task , file the completed task and selected drafts into your sport portfolio . You may also want to improve on your work after it is assessed and add the improved task . ? Add suitable pictures or drawings to your portfolio . Take part in club activities on the classroom bulletin board . ? Get together with all the members of your club and vote for a club manager . The club manager is responsible for organizing your club's area on the classroom bulletin board and inviting club members to meetings . ? Use the part of the classroom bulletin board that is meant for your club . ? Add your vote to Poll questions and watch for the Poll results . ? Write messages to students in the same club and place them on the bulletin board ' s Club Forum . You can post questions for others to answer , answer other club members ' questions , post information updates and news about your club ' s sport , and add relevant newspaper clippings and photographs . Remember that this is an English bulletin board ! ? In the bulletin board ' s Club Trivia , add trivia questions or write and post your answers to trivia questions . ? Make sure that you attend club meetings when you are invited !
