Write a reply as Morris Rand , using the format of a formal letter . Add your address above the date . 2 . Make suggestions based on the issues covered in this section . 3 . Rand , Since my election last year , I have been working hard to improve the lives of the citizens living in our wonderful city . I believe that each of us can contribute to make this a model city . I would like your help in planning the new community center to be built in your neighborhood . Please send me your suggestions for the programs , activities and services that you feel the center should offer . Remember that your neighborhood includes young children , teenagers , working adults and retired senior citizens . All these groups will use the center .
