Read about each of the professions in order to decide which expert role you would like . EcoQuest Professions Zoologist Zoologists are scientists who study animals and animal life . This includes the physical , social and behavioral characteristics of the animal , its development and classification ( mammal , reptile , etc . ) as well as its habitat and relationship with other animals . Anthropologist Anthropologists study all aspects of human life and culture . They examine how people live , what they think , what they produce , and how they interact with their environments . Anthropologists try to understand the full range of human diversity as well as what all people share in common . Artist / Graphic Designer Artists use their imagination to create works of esthetic value : visual arts ( painting , sculpting , photography ) , literary arts ( writing , storytelling ) , performing arts ( music , acting ) . These artistic creations emerge from and comment on the society the artist lives in or experiences and his reactions to it . Environmentalist Environmentalists study the natural world , changes and outside influences which threaten it . They investigate ways to protect it form further destruction and reverse the damage that has already occurred . They find out what can be done to protect animals and plants from extinction . 2 . Give your group a name and assign a role to each member of the group .
