P 3 J LBS Section Task : Finish Presenting opinions about a game Advertising materials for games often include what people ( e . g . experts , satisfied customers , typical players ) have said about the game . These opinions are expressed in direct speech . Prepare sentences that can be used to advertise the game of your choice . 1 . Choose a game . This can be the game that you have already collected information about in previous sections . 2 . Think about what each of the following people might say about your game : ? a psychologist ? a teacher ? a teenager ? a game designer 3 . Consider the following points when you write what each might say : ? How does the person's expertise ( e . g . psychology ) influence his or her opinion ? ? What infonnation would the person use to support his or her opinion ? 4 . Present each person ' s opinion in direct speech . 5 . Show your sentences to a partner and ask him or her for feedback . Make corrections if necessary . 6 . Submit your sentences to the teacher , who will assess your work using Student Assessment Page 101 .
