Section Task : Carry Out Presenting a case The purpose of this activity is to read about a case of brain dysfunction and present it for assessment to a partner . The activity is done in pairs , each student reading about and presenting a different case : Case 1 , about David Silvera , or Case 2 , about Mrs . G . Choose one of the cases and studv it . These are found on 3 J 77-78 . ^ 1 . Look for relevant information in the text that belongs to each of the headings below : ? Introduction ? Background and Medical History ? Symptoms ? Examinations and Tests by Doctor 2 . Make notes under each of the above headings . 3 . Add details that can make the case presentation interesting . 4 . Work with a partner who has studied the second case . Present your case to your partner using the notes you have made . 5 . Assess your partner ' s presentation using 79 and the answer guide given to you by the teacher . ^ ^ The following checklist shows the criteria for assessing the presentation . ?
